How Long Does Therapy Last?

This really depends on what you need out of therapy and how long it takes to reach your therapeutic goals.

How often will i come to therapy?

Typically clients come to therapy weekly or every other week. Since there is so much that happens during the week outside of therapy, coming weekly or every other week cuts out the catch up time at the beginning of session. Ultimately this creates more time focused on your goals in session. However, its really up to you and your needs.

Do You Take Insurance?

I accept BCBS.
