Investment

I understand that therapy is an investment of your time and money…

When you finally make the decision to begin therapy you deserve to get the most out of it! This is why I use evidence-based approaches to therapy, whether your child is working to develop healthier coping skills or you are about to start a new chapter of you life. By developing a treatment plan in the beginning I am able to focus therapy in a way to help you achieve your goals.

…as well as, an investment in you, your child, and/or your family.

Insurance

I an in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. If I do not accept your insurance I will be happy to provide you with a superbill for you to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will have to pay my self-pay fee upfront before I can submit the superbill.

what is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed form of services you have received. The superbill is provided by me for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for therapy services.

How do I file my superbill?

This is different for each insurance provider. Start by calling your insurance company and asking for “member services.” You may also be able to check their website for instructions!

What if my insurance doesn’t accept superbills?

If your insurance does not accept superbills we will work together to come up with the best solution for you. If you need to find a therapist that is in-network with your insurance I will provide you with referrals. If you prefer to self-pay that is also an option. My self-pay rate is $110 per 50 minute session.

Please remember that not all insurance providers will cover the full cost of therapy and some will not cover any portion of the cost.
